Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, thus accommodating 4 people. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. In the afternoon, enjoy the sunshine on the balcony. In the summer of 2022, the apartment was completely renovated.

The apartment in centrally located in the village of Patergassen, a few minutes from Bad Kleinkirchheim. From here you can easily visit all kinds of great places in Carinthia.

A smart TV is available in the apartment. You watch TV with apps like Netflix, Prime or Youtube. Or use the chromecast to cast series or movies from your own device.

We have an excellent Internet connection that you can easily stream on multiple different devices. Working via Teams or Zoom from apartment Rosa is also no problem.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed with a spacious closet. In the other bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 people (mattress length 2 meters) and a closet.

The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower. In addition, you will find a hair dryer. Each guest receives 1 large towel and 2 small towels per week. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

We have a spacious balcony with 4 seats with a wonderful view of the mountains. You will also find a drying rack where you can dry a small load of laundry.

We have a ski boot dryer in the apartment where you can dry your ski or snowboard boots. Skis, snowboards and sleds you can store in the ski room near the garage.

In the living room you will find a nice couch and a nice sitting area with mountain views. Cast TV series or movies from your phone or tablet to the smart TV with the built-in chromecast. On the TV, you can also log in to apps like Netflix, YouTube or Prime.
